Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a solo esthetician, I value your time and mine. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies:
✨ 24-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
💸 $30 Deposit Policy
A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will go toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new date.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.
No-shows will result in being charged 50% of the service fee
⏰ Late Policy
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. This will be considered a late cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
